The dpm-focal branch seems not consistent with lxc deb in Focal archive #10

Found this because the lxc-test-usernsexec test is not available in this branch

The lxc version in focal archive is:
1:4.0.6-0ubuntu1~20.04.1

But it looks like it's just 1:4.0.2-0ubuntu1 on the dpm-focal branch.

Yeah, that happens when someone else does an upload to the archive directly. I'll need to do a manual import.
