Proposal: Technical Expert Group

Proposal for a Technical Expert Group

Why

  1. We need expert teams in various fields to provide technical consulting services to external parties and provide technical consulting services internally.
  2. When a project is established, evaluate the technical fields and technical implementation and difficulty involved in the project.
  3. Develop a technical personnel capability model, evaluation criteria, and organize regular overall reviews and adjustments.
  4. Output LXDAO's professional technical influence externally.
  5. Provide technical coaching and training internally.

How

We propose to establish a technical expert group within LXDAO. The following is a preliminary plan, and some specific details will be slowly formulated after the group is established, mainly to confirm the direction and responsibility positioning, etc.
