This isn't a problem in Screengrab but in Qt: QScreen::grabWindow() returns an empty pixmap under Wayland.

I think it's better to wait for a fix in Qt. Using Wayland directly might have inconsistent results. For example, KDE's spectacle works under KWin's Wayland (partially) but it does nothing under Wayfire.
