  1. sessionStorage 不能跨Tab共享

复现场景：用户登录之后，前端将 jwt 存储至 sessionStorage 中，跳转到首页。但是用户从收藏夹 或者 地址栏输入首页 进入首页，会发现 jwt 没有在header 中带给后端，导致401
