Missing first command output line and shortcuts on Windows

When you focus a command, for example the following line is supposed to be at the top:

🟢 npm run something

And somewhere below that, the current keyboard shortcuts should be printed:

[ctrl+c] kill
[ctrl+z] dashboard

But this doesn’t work on Windows due to microsoft/node-pty#423

Not a dealbreaker, but a little bit annoying.
