When splitting by title, the specified general template file will be used directly by setting the general template in Templater, as shown in the following image:

However, using Ctrl+shift+N, if you want to generate according to the template, you must separately set it in Note refactor to take effect, as shown in the following image:

Both are for creating new cards, and it's a bit troublesome to switch back and forth. It would be great if they could be unified.
