Slow Stream initialization?

Has anyone profiled the different components in the initialization process?

It takes maybe ten seconds for a new person to connect, even when doing audio only.

Is most of this synchronization related?

We've recently reduce connectivity delay in the cleanup branch. Although we need further testing.

Now we start the stream exchange once first ICE's pair candidate is found so the initial time has been reduced to 2 seconds at most.
