[REQ] Update to 3.1.61

Hi there.
I have noticed that on occasions some streams are very difficult to stabilize. Those streams keep closing with no apparent reason.
I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that we're using an "old" version of the software...?
From what I understand, the ARM builds all come from the Android apk which is located here and which is already 3.1.61.
Could you please upgrade the addon from the apk? I would do it myself but I don't know how it works...
