1-download https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ippQJOxdbQ0j0uIrPInuBekO8vPVoPf_/view?usp=sharing and put it inside "airflow_milestone3\dags"
2- run the postgres docker inside "postgres_accidents_datasets" folder
3- follow lab 10 notebook to run the airfllow containers
4- if no errors, open http://localhost:8080/ and turn on the milestone3_pipeline process
5- open http://localhost:8050/ to view the dashboard
6- edit the create_dashboard function inside the "airflow_milestone3\dags\milestone3_DAG.py" file
