Feature Request: Using manual transcripts for subtitles

This project works wonderful for syncing the words but sometimes the words themselves are wrong. If we have the manual transcript (used to record the voice) can we somehow make subtitles use the transcription words?

For example, the words WhisperX understand is "Jack does" while it is actually "Jackdaws". Is there a method to automate it so we can fix all of the wrong words with the correct ones using the original text?
