変更前: 商品・店データ (CSVファイル) をassetsから読み込み
変更後: 商品・店データをSDカード上の所定のディレクトリから読み込み
変更理由: 再ビルドなしで、ユーザによる商品・店データの更新を可能にするため。

暫定仕様:
・商品データのパス (sdcard)/TabletPOSApp/products.csv
・ルート・店データのパス (sdcard)/TabetPOSApp/places.csv
