Cannot resolve com.github.vmoglan.pcljava:natives:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT

Hi,i got this message in console, and when i try to visit https://maven.pkg.github.com/vmoglan/pcljava it return 404? I wonder to know whether the bad url made this exception or not?

I believe normally the package should be at https://maven.pkg.github.com/vmoglan/pcljava/com/github/vmoglan/pcljava/natives/0.0.1-SNAPSHOT/natives-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.pom. In any case, I am not sure if GitHub allows public Maven packages yet. This is kind of an old project that I unfortunately no longer really have the time to maintain, but I keep around for others to fork if they need a sample of how to port a fairly large C++ library to Java using JNI.

Feel free to fork this project and release your own packages in the forked repository.
