v194 static binaries for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

macOS 10.13 High Sierra and up is supported for macOS build.
Windows 7 64-bit and up supported for Windows build. 32-bit Windows is not supported.
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS supported for ubuntu linux 64bit only.

All A13 devices supported.

Compatible with 14.0-14.5b2 on A10 and below.
Compatible with 14.3-14.5b2 on A11 and above.

(Note: Some restores to 14.2 have worked on A11 and above, but for now I strongly do not recommend a 14.2 restore until we can look into it more, as it seems to be a hit or miss. 14.0-14.1 still incompatible on A11 and above.)
