Summary: This app is designed for a Walk-In clinic to create, manage, access, and retrieve an individual patient’s or a group of patients’ information. The main goal of the app is to provide an accurate and fast way to help the clinical staffs to serve patients specially in emergency cases. The users of app are medical stuff and patients who can export their health data.
Functionality:
(for doctors) • View the list of patients and clinical staffs regardless of any time period • Create/activate/edit a group • Add/remove a patient to a relevant group • Assign a level of emergency to a patient • Create a new case for a patient • Follow all patient’s cases in table view, report view or as a chart • Prescript new tests, medications • View the test results and put his comments on them • Enter new information and evaluations for an individual • Put comment on a patient’s file or distribute a message for any staff or department • Make and change an appointment • Refer a patient to the another doctor/nurse in the clinic by adding him as an authorized person for either an individual patient or a group
(for nurse) • View the list of patients and doctors regardless of any time period • Create a new case for a patient • Assign or reassign a level of emergency to a patient • Enter patient’s medical history and report (reason of visiting) • Enter/edit the patient’s clinical signs • Add/remove a patient to a relevant group • Enter his evaluations and comments to a patient’s file • Send a message to clinical staffs • Secretary level: A secretary has access to the basic information of a patient, his appointments, and name of his family doctor. Also he has access to the following options: • Create a new profile for a new patient • Edit a patient’s profile • Make/change/cancel an appointment • Add patients’ test results to their file • Access to the doctors’ and nurses’ calendar in term of their prescheduled or available times • View the list of current patients and doctors • Assign a level of emergency to a patient • Send/response to staffs’ messages
Patient's functionality and Samsung SDK: Health Owl has another layer of visibility for patients. Measure and upload health data (beartbeat rate, step count, and stress level). This data is collected by S Health app and is exportable to a third party app.
