saya coba menikmati karyanya, ada sedikit bingung tentang fitur referensi tambah data.
ketika diinput, kode = 1, nama = 2, uraian = 3
hasilnya kode = 2, nama = 1, uraian = 2 dan tindakan = 3

mohon arahan cara koreksinya Mas ..

Iya itu memang ada kesalahan dipenempatan kode, tunggu fixnya di next update.
