HI @m4rs-mt @MoFtZ. This PR removes runners config and the workflow used so far, as the logic has been moved to another repo. So these files are not needed anymore. You will now benefit from the latest changes we've implemented, where the most important one is that ILGPU repo remains clean, and runners maintenance and further improvements will not result in PRs made to ILGPU repo.
