modRana ignores negative answer in GPS activation dialog

As reported by Wikiwide, modRana ignores users decision not to activate the GPS. It force-enables the GPS regardles if the users accepts or rejects the dialog.

So I guess modRana will have to check if GPS is enabled or not, using DBUS or some similar API before enabling GPS at startup.
