Disable Ingress/Route updates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Route and Ingress resources are usually highly configurable, often the need to change them rises. For example, further configuration can be performed by webhooks, which gets undone by the Operator as soon as it detects these changes.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the operator to create these resources for me if I configure spec.networking.expose as true, but I don't want them to be changed by the Operator after creation.
