Ice cache Explorer doesnt open at all #18

I downloaded all the packages needed for python but when i try to open the 
main.py file from the ice-cache-exlporer folder it opens a black dialog box for 
few seconds and then closes by itself without opening the explorer. How can I 
solve this problem??

Not clear  what the problem could be, maybe an issue with the pyopengl package 
? Any error messages printed in the console ?
