Add support for saving spellcheck settings

One of the biggest issues I had with Mou (and that remains with Macdown), is the inability to make these settings permanent:

Typically, since I write a mix of prose and code within a single document, I want to "Check Spelling While Typing" so that typos are highlighted, but NOT "Correct Spelling Automatically", since that can mess with code blocks and other technical language.

Is this something that could be implemented? Awesome work so far!

It wouldn’t be hard to persist app-wise preferences for this (but not document-wise). This is something that we should do, too. Thanks for the advice.
