Change "(nobody)" to "(No Maintainer)" #104

Right now "Maintained By:" fields say "(nobody)" if there's no maintainer. This feels a bit depressing to see. I think it would be better if it said "(No Maintainer)"; it seems psychologically better.

This has already been fixed on the new version of the site that's about to go live next week, so I'm closing this ticket.
