minizip's upstream is your website, zlib package's upstream obviously not.
I have provided the links to show that there are bugs in the right place already, so this bug can be closed.

I had never heard of minizip before today. The Debian maintainers of minizip and zlib are not MIA (I checked), so if they are not reacting then I suggest that you keep writing to these bug reports.

For non-technical reasons I'm unfortunately unable to work on the minizip package without a bunch of hassle.
