"focus" don't fire "on" dynamic created elements

if im creating elements dynamically and register a event on these elements with "on" and type "focus" before its creation, the handler never fires. if i am exchanging the type with "click" it works fine.

Sorry this issue hasn't got any attention. But, I'm confused as to what is explained here. Can you rephrase what you think is a bug?
