The ColorTheme property only stores the Guid for Dark, Light or Blue so GetActiveTheme() will return the Guid of the Blue theme when Blue (Extra Contrast) is selected.
There appears to be another property called ColorThemeNew which returns the correct Guid for all of the themes when selected.
