Installed product versions

VS2019 Professional
This extension: 1.2.12

Description

Unable to locate options to change configuration, not showing as expected in Tools -> Options or Extensions

Steps to recreate

Installed Web Essentials 2019
Click on Tools -> Options
Look for either Web Essentials or Zen Coding in the list, neither is visible.

Current behavior

Unable to locate settings.

Expected behavior

Show settings so I can fine tune all the Web Essentials extenions.
