Description

When loading a solution (at the same time as starting VS) that has a markdown file/tab open in the view VS crashes with the following eventlog entry:

Steps to recreate

  1. Install Markdown Editor (version see above)
  2. Open a solution with a .MD file
  3. Open the .MD file
  4. Store the current solution state
  5. Close VS.
  6. Open VS by clicking on the solution file
  7. VS opens, loading the solution, restoring the open editor tabs
  8. VS crashes with the logs shown above.

Current behavior

VS crashes.

Expected behavior

VS should not crash, but instead restore all tabs, incl. the markdown editor tab.
