Packages like telepathy-extras (http://maemo.org/packages/source/view/fremantle_extras-devel_free_source/telepathy-extras/0.10.1/) provide UIs to configure rtcom accounts. We'll want to import those.

We might need to implement/re some of the rtcom packages though (for control panel, maybe something that also talks to telepathy)
