Motorola Droid Razr (XT910, XT912) porting

We would like to have Maemo running on the Razr in a stable fashion.

• Create a wiki page
• Add kexecboot support (@tmlind)

This device currently boots, with no backlight control and a vblank issue where the pannel seemingly looses vblank sync often. xt910 also has no working modem (as expected)
