You can use this action:

- uses: mikaeldui/setup-league-client@v1
  with:
    username: ${{ secrets.LOL_USERNAME }}
    password: ${{ secrets.LOL_PASSWORD }}
    region: ${{ secrets.LOL_REGION }}

Then you'll have a running League Client already logged in and patched ready to be interacted with!
