Remove limitations on rotation #20

Currently the camera will allow rotating up to a certain amount in one axis, then further rotation in that direction is stopped.

This is probably due to a parameter being passed to the orbit controls--let's see if we can remove that stop so you can do complete rotation.

There doesn't seem to be an easy fix.
