Summary

In the test test_inout_non_nat in pipelined, the test cases testFlowVlanSnapshotMatch_static1 and testFlowVlanSnapshotMatch_static2 are flaky.

Some testing showed that when only one test is run in this file (comment out everything else), the test is not flaky. When a second test is run beforehand (e.g. testFlowSnapshotMatch), the second test is flaky.
Maybe the teardown step is not sufficient or the state is changed after a test.
