Issue with GitHub MacOS-12 runner #15338

Couple of tests are failing while creating the build. Its mainly due to the GitHub MacOS-12 runner issue. Details are there in the link.

Short description:
Due to memory and other limitations github runners are not able to create Vagrant VMs in macOS.
The machine is entering into "gurumeditation state".

Impact:
The tests like "sudo python" etc are not getting executed.

Probable fix:
As per the ticket #8730 the fix will be provided this week.

#8730 got fixed. CI Jobs are getting triggered
