self-reverting edits

Bot now updates pages several times daily.
In one edit deletes machine-created description, in second adds it, in third deletes it again...

This is also a problem in Hungarian Wikipedia. For example, you refresh this page twice a day, the value:

We also have a similar issue in lvwiki: it changes the order of items in a list:

I found mysterious edit

new item was added to list, but next edit reverts it.
Maybe bot is working with two copies of DB which are not synchonized in same time?
