VPS with 2 IPs, SSL cert doesn't work properly.

I installed mailinabox with the first IP a few months ago. After this, another IP is bound to my VPS. And I changed DNS to the second IP.

Then auto-refresh cert didn't work. After the last cert expired,HTTPS didn't work any more,

And I installed a new cert with certbot manually (files places in /etc/letsencrypt), now ngnix works well. But it seems mailinabox can not find the right cert file.

How to set a new ssl cert to mailinabox?

Or how to select the public IP while updating mailinabox ?
