API enchancements

Currently it's not trivial to use maildev with high amount of mail and hard to filter mail using API. There are some PRs which can help with this:

Thanks for the addition @idears-org , regarding #312, I think it needs to be discussed with other community maintainers and users.

Depends on whether you use logical expiration or storage limits, and whether the storage has LRU, etc....
