Add "competition start" and "competition end" to competition model to fix progress bars

Progress bars count down to the end of the competition, whereas we could update this to start/end of the actual competition (eg hacking time for hackathons). The current start/end could be transformed into this, and then start/end times of the full event could be dynamically set based on the competition's events.
