I used my apple Id and password to download apps but it is giving me the above error.

try using the bundle id of an app that you previously downloaded on your iPhone or iPad through the same apple id and it should work and for the apps that you can't download now just make sure you download them first on another device and try again on your mac and they should work, the error that you get now is normal because you never downloaded the apps before so you don't have a license for them on your apple id!
