fix: Heading typo in project settings

Current behavior

When I go to individual project/Settings/Labels, it displays text, "Create labels to help organize and filter issues in you project"

What I expect is the text to say "Create labels to help organize and filter issues in your project."

Steps to reproduce

Click on individual projects
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Labels"
If there are no labels in that project, it displays text "Create labels to help organize and filter issues in you project"
