gitlab slash command to create new issue

hey there, would it be possible to create gitlab issues for a certain project?

e.g.: /fancy-project new issue @joe do the right thing

@gerbsen Incoming webhook can´t create what you need. One of solutions are outgoing webhooks, but this project is about incoming, not outgoing webhooks.
