[micromamba] on error, make output easier to parse

micromamba install outputs a bunch of trace level logging when passed an environment name that does not yet exist. This makes it difficult for users to parse out the error message. I would propose one or both of:

1. default to not showing the trace-level output
2. make the error line more visible, perhaps by using red text.

For reference, here are two issues from the micromamba-docker issue tracker where users missed the error message in the output and needed to request help:
