The Boost project is a fork of the Bitcoin core project. The project contains its own set of parameters, block times and extra features such as, 10% Proof-of-Stake rewards, protection against 51% attacks, SegWit integration and the X13 hashing algorithm for Proof of Work blocks (limited).
Boost is a fully open source project. Updates to the code can be suggested or pushed by the community for further developments.
Boost wallet is an experimental digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. Boost wallet uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network. Boost wallet is the name of open source software which enables the use of this currency.

The master branch is regularly built and tested, but is not guaranteed to be
completely stable. Tags are created
regularly to indicate new official, stable release versions of the Boost wallet .
