检查你的硬盘是不是满了，或者损坏和只读

没有满，都好着呢；一开始说缺dll，我下载好后就是这样了。

这应该是个典型的安装问题。

你检查下每个相关文件夹的Windows权限。或者你用cmd启动下试试。换个安装目录试试。
