Save button does not enable for chargeback rate assigment

Chargeback Assigments , select any value from dropdown , Save button does not enable.

@sshveta, I have tried to reproduce the issue but unsuccessfully. It works well

@sshveta we tested it out with @hstastna on latest euwe, fine and master and it is not reproducible.
what version did you test it ? or any reproducing steps are missing?
