The url /bower_components/spice-html5-bower/spiceHTML5/spice_auto.html doesn't exist, because the file (and its novnc counterpart) are not being copied over to manageiq/public/self_service as part of gulp build.

Also, the same goes for translations .. /self_service/gettext/json/en/manageiq-ui-self_service.json Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (or it redirects to self_service index.html on the appliance)
