Looking at the current number of tickets, the support hot fixes and the upcoming milestone of version 5 i don't see this happen anytime soon.
However i will leave this ticket open...

Currently it can be retried manually by clicking the error icon. Unfortunately, given #9, a long queue this means that you can't reorder the queue without remembering what's in it, closing the application entirely, and restarting all your downloads. Unless (until?) there's a manageable download queue, the retries shouldn't be moved to the end of the queue--if I've finished downloading all but $chapter of $title from $source, then when I hit retry it should download $chapter immediately after the current download from $source completes.

Personally i don't care when the retry download is done, but sounds reasonable to add them instantly instead of the end.
