[Feature] Connector Enhancements : Filtering tags w/o manga lists , show update date

I regularly want to update my manga lists but its a pain to browse the connectors manually. I mean updating some websites can be very long and i have to stop , to resume the process, maybe days after. Its tedious to remember which one are done or not :p

Describe the solution you'd like

Something like a "manga list exists" tag in tag lists (and maybe its counterpart) so i can filter connectors with and without manga lists i have to update?

Also but not sure if possible, having a way to tell the date i updated the manga list of a connector, like writing the file modification date somewhere visible. For now i just sort files by date in Explorer.
