UseCase: Lambda built with terraform

When you build a lambda, you need to provide source code. The source code can often come in the form of an artifact source (.zip, .jar, etc)
Create a stage where users can arbitrarily create the desired artifact
Facilitate passing the artifact through the various deployment stages (stages currently delete the workspace and checkout the source code clean).
