Sir, How do you compile tesseract for win-gImageReader. I waste four nights to compile tesseract, But I still don`t know where is my wrong cause win-gImageReader I compile has five times slower than yours. also reference to issue.

My build are here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/smani/tesseract4/
I don't do anything special. Does the hack in PR #286 help any?

Yes, your build works, Do build it with Automake?

Yes, standard configure + make + make install, see https://copr-dist-git.fedorainfracloud.org/cgit/smani/tesseract4/tesseract.git/tree/tesseract.spec

I'm afraid I cannot give more advice on tesseract, please investigate your issues with upstream.
