Systemd missing shutdown + kernel panic

MOBO: m5a78 asus

KERNEL: fails at all (414, 415 and 416)

how fails

works fine (i can play normally) extract files and i've build vlc as a test, BUT when i try to turn off i got something like (systemd missing shuwdown) + a kernel panic

and i need shutdown with case button

all appears to be ok with systemd 238.0**-2**
