Split up talks in upcoming and previous talks #117

Right now, the talk list is one long batch.

Before adding pagination or similar, it'd be great to split it up in "Upcoming" and "Previous" talks

It would be great if it shows upcoming talks by default . But there should be a button which will show previous talks.
Can I work on this idea?
